Bet10Man was a specialist tennis advisory service available in Spanish and English. In the event of a losing month the service guarantees a full subscription refund. A minimum of 20 picks per month is also guaranteed. Verified by Sports-Tispters from the 20th December 2013 until the 26th January 2014.
Verification was terminated after Sports-Tipsters found that Bet10Man had removed its verification seal from its website. Additionally, Bet10Man had decided, without notifcation, to change the name and nature of the service (basketball as well as tennis) to BetBite and felt that it would not be necessary to transfer Bet10Man's results to the new service, which as of the 26th January 2014 was standing at a yield of 1.16% from 103 picks. As such then, it would appear that BetBite was intented to be a completely new service. Messing about like this when charging money for tips is not tolerated by Sports-Tipsters. Subscription advisory services have a responsibility to their customers to demonstrate consistency as well as transparency. When a service is changed like this without warning after just a month of activity it is perfectly natural to assume that the tipster has not demonstrated either.
Bet10Man's response: The server host NeillHostRed lost all their data which is why their website disappeared. The quick fix to this was to join an English basketball service.
Sports-Tipsters' reply: This of course is a completely hollow explanation. The reported changes to the Bet10Man website (including removal of Sports-Tipsters' verified seal) were visible on the Bet10Man website before the NeillHostRed went down, so how can this have anything to do with NeillHostRed? Furthermore, if one's website data has been lost, as an advisory service charging money for betting advice the solution is not to find another tipster with which to team up. Rather, the sensible approach is to keep hold of your backup data from your local hard drive and you either wait until the server problem is fixed or you find another webhost. If there is no backup data then clearly there is no professionalism here at all. In Sports-Tipster's opinion, feeble excuses from a feeble tipster.
Bet10Man's second response: Sports-Tipsters view about Bet10Man's problem is a lie.
Sports-Tipsters' view of the second response: As always, users of Sports-Tipsters are welcome to draw their own conclusions about the professionalism of Bet10Man.
